About ArubaTheory
ArubaTheory is an independent educational platform designed to help users prepare for the Aruba driving theory exam. Features may include: Traffic Rules, Traffic Signs, Practice Questions, Exam Simulations, AI Hub, Progress Tracking, PRO Features.
Independent Platform
ArubaTheory is not the official Aruba exam authority and does not issue driver's licenses.
No Guarantee of Passing
Using ArubaTheory does not guarantee passing the official exam. Readiness scores, AI Hub recommendations, and exam simulations are educational tools only.
Accounts
Users agree to: Provide accurate information, Keep login credentials secure, Not share accounts. Users remain responsible for activity occurring under their accounts.
PRO Access
PRO access provides premium features and remains active for the purchased period.
Payments
Activation occurs only after payment or code validation has been confirmed.
Refunds
Because ArubaTheory provides digital access, payments are generally non-refundable after activation. Exceptions may be considered for duplicate payments or unresolved technical issues.
Acceptable Use
Users may not: Copy or redistribute content, Share PRO accounts, Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform, Abuse AI Hub, Use bots or automated scraping tools, Use ArubaTheory for illegal purposes.
Content Ownership
All ArubaTheory branding, design, questions, explanations, AI Hub systems, and platform content belong to ArubaTheory unless otherwise stated. Content is intended for personal study only.
AI Hub
AI Hub recommendations are intended to support learning. Recommendations may not always be perfect and should not replace official study requirements.
Availability
ArubaTheory does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues may occur.
Changes
Features, content, pricing, and limits may change over time.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, account sharing, or violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
ArubaTheory is provided as an educational study tool. ArubaTheory is not responsible for: Failing the official exam, Changes to exam requirements, Technical issues outside our control, Loss caused by user error.
Privacy Policy
Use of ArubaTheory is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
