How We Use Information
Create and manage accounts, Save study progress, Show readiness scores, Recommend what to practice next, Improve AI Hub, Send account-related emails, Send password reset emails, Notify users when the system believes they may be ready for the real exam, Manage PRO access, Improve security, Provide support.
Progress Tracking
ArubaTheory automatically tracks learning progress, practice results, weak areas, traffic sign progress, and readiness score.
Ready-for-Exam Email
When the system determines that a user may be ready for the real exam, ArubaTheory may send an email notification. This email is only a recommendation and does not guarantee passing the official exam.
Emails
ArubaTheory may send: Welcome emails, Verification emails, Password reset emails, PRO activation emails, Study reminders, Ready-for-exam notifications, Important service updates.
Data Sharing
ArubaTheory does not sell personal information. Limited information may be shared with trusted service providers such as: Hosting providers, Database providers, Email providers, Analytics services, Payment providers.
Data Security
Reasonable security measures are used, but no online system can guarantee 100% protection.
